The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and Solarmer Energy, Inc. have signed a cooperative research and development agreement (CRADA) to collaborate on improving the lifetime of plastic solar cells, a promising new solar conversion technology.
